Urukuta.com is a Rwanda-based digital marketplace providing classifieds advertising, job and tender listings, a business directory, educational content, and provisional exam preparation services.
All accounts are created and managed through Pherraxo OAuth 2.0 identity services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Pherraxo credentials. You must not share access to your account with others.

All ads are subject to review and approval before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Payments for premium services (job postings, tenders, featured ads, exam access) are processed via MTN Mobile Money. All payments are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. VAT at 18% applies where applicable.
The Tsindira Provisoire exam preparation service is for educational purposes only. Urukuta.com does not guarantee any specific exam outcome or government certification. Access is granted per payment and does not transfer to other users.
Urukuta.com is a platform facilitating connections between users. We are not party to any transaction between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of advertised items or services. Users transact at their own risk.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
