We use Pherraxo as our identity provider. When you log in, Pherraxo shares your name, email, and profile photo with us under the OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect protocol. We do not store passwords. To manage your identity data (email, name, photo), visit your Pherraxo account settings.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Ads and listings you delete are removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Rwandan financial regulations.
